  • Led the integration of Healthcare Data Solutions into Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, from inception to private preview, focusing on enhancing healthcare platform features. This led to new industry-specific standards, patterns, and innovative data and AI solutions to improve insights and experiences for patients and clinicians.

  • At Microsoft Cloud Solution Center, led the entire design process, encompassing UX design thinking processes, wireframing, information architecture, and prototyping using Figma.

  • Worked closely with Product Manger and stakeholders on strategic product vision designs for Healthcare News Copilot and Copilot for Partners Guidelines. These efforts aimed at increasing Azure daily usage metrics through ISV (vendors) partner-built products.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces specifically tailored for healthcare professionals, integrating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interactive and dynamic elements

  • Designed an IoT-integrated SaaS platform and a dashboard SaaS-based workbench platform for eCommerce managers, optimizing store efficiency & enhancing store performance with exploration working on a payment solution platform, focusing on intuitive user interfaces to streamline operations and improve user productivity.

  • Prioritized design tasks, aligning them with business goals, and ensuring that the end product resonated with the users’ expectations and enhanced their interaction with our services, thus fostering positive user experiences that drove business growth.

  • Led design of GE Energy’s edge-to-cloud gateway report module, shaping a vision for a mobile experience for turbine technicians. Conducted research, testing, ideation, and collaborated with clients. Managed work orders via stakeholder interviews and a high-fidelity clickable prototype.

  • Enhanced wind farm analytics through stakeholder/user interviews. Utilized Axure and Sketch for low-fidelity designs in model management, deployment, monitoring, and explain ability.
