My Approach
I firmly believe that successful user experiences lead to successful businesses. As a UX professional, I emphasize design education, creative problem-solving, user research, and business analysis. My approach is rooted in the idea that ‘design is learning by doing,’ and I advocate for hands-on expertise in UX. Empathy is crucial in creating impactful designs that enhance human lives. By understanding and enacting user scenarios, we can arrive at better design solutions.
At Microsoft, I lead multiple UX projects. My process involves deriving UX strategies by listening to stakeholder stories and analyzing data. I follow design thinking principles, create personas, map user journeys, and apply the ‘job to be done’ technique to evolve design solutions. Additionally, I collaborate closely with project management teams, iterate on solutions, and ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and mobile design.
